The building was completely renovated by us in 2019 down to the foundation walls and equipped with the latest technology such as a complete air conditioning system.
The living rooms as well as the sanitary facilities are equipped with many extras such as rain showers, shower toilets and underfloor heating.
All apartments have a 75 inch TV equipped with Netflix so indoor entertainment is also provided.
No expense or effort has been spared in the furnishings to make your holiday unforgettable.
Here you can choose from apartments with a maximum occupancy of 4 to 10 people. Furthermore, a ski room equipped with ski boot dryers is available.
The slightly higher location offers an unforgettable panorama of the whole of Kaprun and the Kitzsteinhorn.
Nevertheless, the center and the next shopping possibility is 5-10 min walking distance.
