General information about the apartments
You can move into your room or apartment from 14:00. If you arrive later than 21:00, please let us know before your arrival.
On the day of your return, we ask you to leave your apartment by 10:00 am at the latest. Should you start your journey home later, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us, or ask us before your arrival for a late checkout.
All apartments have fast, free WIFI. You will receive the access data upon arrival or via the guest app.
Each apartment is equipped with at least one large flatscreen TV and you have a wide selection of Austrian and international TV channels at your disposal. Some apartments also have Netflix access, which you can use free of charge.
Free parking is available at each of our locations directly at the respective house.
We ask for your understanding that we do not allow animals in the accommodation!
Smoking in the rooms is prohibited. On the balconies and outdoors around the accommodation this is of course possible, as long as no guests feel inconvenienced by it.
Each bed is freshly made up with our bed linen before your arrival.
In addition, each guest receives a towel and a large bath towel. For stays of more than 7 nights, we will gladly exchange them for you!
We are happy to provide cots, high chairs and bottle warmers.
Booking, Payment, Cancellations & Miscellaneous
For the apartments we charge a one-time final cleaning fee, which varies depending on the chosen apartment (all prices are listed in the booking process)

Cancellations made up to 30 days before the date of arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations made up to 14 days before the date of arrival will be charged 50 percent of the price of all nights.
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the date of arrival will be charged 70 percent of the price of all nights.
Cancellations that are made late or night arrivals will be charged the total amount.
In case of early departure all days will be charged.
The guest washing machine can be used for a fee of EUR 5.00 per wash.
